The data you provide

When registering, you provide the avix.fun administration with your avatar first and last name, email, contact information, an optional Telegram or VK contact, confirmation that you are over 18, consent to data processing and acceptance of the rules. The application date, accepted rules version and review outcome are stored.

Why we need it

We use this data to review your application, contact you, create and administer your game account, provide grid access and investigate rule violations. Contact details are available only to site administrators and are not published. Your avatar first and last name will be visible to grid residents.

Email confirmation

Transactional messages are sent to your email through Selectel to confirm your address and restore access. We store the email verification date and hashes of time-limited, single-use links.

Password

Until your application is processed, an encrypted copy of your password is kept to create the account. This copy is deleted after approval or rejection. OpenSim stores its own authentication data for the game password.

Storage and contacting the administration

Data is stored on the avix.fun server while your application is reviewed and your account is maintained. You may contact the administration to correct your data, delete your application or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent may require us to stop providing account services. Backups are deleted according to the retention cycle, within 30 days.

Consent

By selecting the separate consent checkbox on the registration form, you agree to the avix.fun administration collecting, recording, storing, using, correcting and deleting the data listed above for the stated purposes.

Website analytics

Public pages use Yandex Metrica (counter 113668457), including Session Replay and click maps, to analyse traffic and usability. The service receives technical information about your browser, device and visit and may use analytics cookies. Registration form contents are hidden from recordings. The administration panel, application status, email confirmation and password recovery pages do not use analytics.

Technical data

Essential cookies support administrator sign-in and form protection. An irreversible identifier derived from your network address is kept for up to two days to prevent abuse. Web server logs are retained for up to 14 days.
